Student Success Coaches

Student Success Coaches offer support and services to all NGTC students through one-on-one coaching. Students are paired with a Success Coach during their first year of enrollment and are encouraged to utilize the Success Coach Program to develop the skills and strategies necessary to navigate college and be successful in their program of study.

This free program offers:

One-on-one coaching tailored to individual student needs, such as:

• Study skills
• Organization
• Time management

Navigating college, such as:

• Connecting students with school resources
• Options and/or resolutions to student inquiries • Informational support and encouragement

Engaging with NGTC business and industry partners to enhance employability skills, such as:

• Mock job interviews
• Resume writing workshops
• Business and industry facility tours
