Blairsville Facility Request Details

Space Request

Check needed space. A completed layout is required two weeks prior to the event. Meeting rooms can be combined to create larger rooms.

Includes: 

  • Setup and breakdown  
  • Podium, wired microphone and microphone stand, house speaker, and extension cords.  House sound available only in meeting rooms.  
  • Data Projector for use with NGTC computer, 8’ screen, and extension cords. Personal laptop connection is available, providing user’s cable(s) are compatible with NGTC connections. Wireless internet is available, see conference center coordinator or staff for password. If above equipment is utilized, it is the responsibility of Organization/Agency/Individual to confirm all media software is compatible with NGTC equipment prior to event. 

Note on tablecloths: It is recommended to purchase or rent tablecloths needed for your event. We do not have tablecloths or centerpieces to rent at the Blairsville Event Center.

Kitchen Space - $150(Required)
Kitchen space includes dishwashing access, refrigerator, hotboxes, ice machine, and prep space. For beverage service, caterer, individual and/or parties responsible for renting facility is responsible for setting up, brewing, cleaning and putting urns away along with any additional items used in this service. Cups are not included.
Cleaning Fee for all Events with Food/Beverages (Mandatory) - $150(Required)
This fee includes only vacuuming, wiping tables, and removing of last remaining trash bag by conference center staff. Additional fees will be added for any stains/cleaning that requires a professional cleaning service.

Personnel hours will be billed for all time incurred for time of the event including setup time on additional days outside of regular business hours.

$100 fee required for any setup outside the standard setup. Standard setup includes 12 round tables with 8 chairs; 6 long buffet tables; 2 small tables for drinks or dessert.

4. Download and submit the Caterer Agreement.
