NGTC Foundation Awards Blairsville Scottish Festival Scholarships

The North Georgia Technical College Foundation has awarded two Blairsville Scottish Festival Scholarships for Summer Semester to students attending the Blairsville Campus. The funds were donated by the Festival Committee in honor of Jim and Linda McAfee as part of their community outreach activities. The 14th Annual Festival will be held June 9-11, at Meeks Park with thousands of visitors enjoying the beauty and hospitality of the Blairsville area.

Students Named to North Georgia Tech's Spring 2017 Honor Roll

Clarkesville, GA – Dr. Mark Ivester, President of North Georgia Technical College, has announced the Honor Roll for Spring Semester 2017. The Honor Roll recognizes full-time students with a 3.5 GPA. Full-time students are those taking at least 12 credit hours with no developmental courses. Approximately 171 students were named to the Honor Roll.

Students Named to North Georgia Tech's Spring 2017 President's List

Clarkesville, GA – Dr. Mark Ivester, President of North Georgia Technical College, has announced the President’s List for Spring Semester 2017. The President’s List recognizes full-time students with a 4.0 GPA. Full-time students are those taking at least 12 credit hours with no developmental courses. Approximately 150 students were named to the President’s List.

2017 Alumni Meeting and Awards Program

All North Georgia Technical College Alumni are invited to the 2017 Annual Meeting and Awards Program to be held Saturday, June 10, in the Dining Hall Annex on the Clarkesville Campus.

Clarkesville, GA — North Georgia Technical College students earned top honors at the 2017 Georgia Phi Beta Lambda state competition recently held in Atlanta.

NGTC Earns Top Honors at SkillsUSA State Competition - Headed to Nationals

Clarkesville, GA — Several North Georgia Technical College students received high honors at the recent Georgia SkillsUSA Championships in Atlanta. Overall, 17 students earned medals including three first place, 11 second place and three third place awards.

NGTC Retiree Lunch Scheduled May 24, 2017

Clarkesville, GA — Retirees of North Georgia Technical College are invited to a Retiree Lunch in their honor at 12 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24, in the Dining Hall Annex on the Clarkesville campus of North Georgia Technical College. President Dr. Mark Ivester will welcome retirees back to campus and share updates of recent college news and future plans.
