AAS Degree Graduation  Application

All applicants will be charged a nonrefundable $35 graduation application fee. This fee will be charged to your student account and you will receive an email notification when you can log into Banner Web to pay this fee.
See your advisor before applying to confirm you are ready.

This fee cannot be refunded after you submit your application.

Type your name exactly as you would like it to appear on your Degree . Use proper capitalization.

This is where your Degree will be mailed. Use proper capitalization.
Example: We are transitioning from '' to '' for student email accounts. This form will send a copy of your graduation application to both addresses during this transition period.

You will be notified with exact dates and locations for commencement and GradFair.
