III. G. Performance Evaluation and Salary Compensation
North Georgia Technical College (NGTC) shall establish a system of
written performance evaluation for all full-time employees.
The performance evaluation period shall generally begin on
July 1 and end of June 30 of the following year.
Annual performance-based salary increase may be awarded after
an employee receives a performance evaluation pending adequate
budgetary resources. Salary increases beyond that
authorized for annual performance-based increases shall first be
approved by the President.
