Who is eligible to participate?

Associate Degree and diploma students who have completed all eligibility requirements for program completion and who have applied to graduate noting that they intend to attend Commencement on the application.

How do I register to participate in the ceremony and what is the deadline?

Graduates can register online by applying to graduate here: Apply for Graduation

The priority deadline to complete the application is listed above, however, applications may be submitted after that date. 

Will there be professional photos taken during Commencement?

kimmersphotography.com provides free photos to graduates within a week of the ceremonies.

What type of notification will graduates receive?

Students who are eligible for graduation will be contacted by their academic advisors to complete the graduation application. Graduates then receive a confirmation email to their student email after they apply to graduate. They then receive a letter to the address on the application regarding Grad Fair and Commencement closer to the date of the Grad Fair.
