The first refunds for Summer semester are scheduled to be sent to BankMobile on Tuesday, June 15th, 2021, by 6:00 PM for processing and distribution. After that refunds are issued to BankMobile for distribution about every 14 days unless there are circumstances beyond our control.
Students may expect refunds to be sent to BankMobile for disbursement on a regular basis except during the following dates:
May 31 - June 3
Summer Semester 2021
- Wednesday, May 19, 2021
Last Day to Withdraw for Refund of Tuition
- Monday, May 24, 2021
Option 1: Pay in Full
You may pay your bill in three ways:
Online via BannerWeb
Pay by electronic check, debit card, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx or Discover)
- Open BannerWeb SSO
- Goto Student Services & Financial Aid -> Student Records
- Pay by Check or Credit Card
- Click correct semester
During business hours 7:30am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday

Option 2: Nelnet Payment Plan
You are now able to go into your Banner Web Single-sign-on and select student services, student records, Pay by Payment Plan with Nelnet. Once this is selected it will have you create an account with Nelnet.
Having a plan for covering the costs of college is an important step toward graduation. North Georgia Technical College is pleased to have enlisted the services of Nelnet to make the process easier for you. Working together, North Georgia Technical College and Nelnet will provide you with sensible strategies for paying for tuition and fees.
