Service Monday-Thursday during each semester:

  • Breakfast 7:00 a.m.-10:15 a.m. - Classic Breakfast Line and Cereal Bar
  • Lunch 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. - Menu as listed weekly 
  • Dinner 4:45 p.m.-5:45 p.m. - Menu as listed weekly

Short Order Specials

  • Chicken Tenders will be available on Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Corn Dogs on Tuesdays
  • Sub Sandwich on Thursdays

Thursday morning breakfast buffetBar will be open 7:00 a.m.- 10:15 am…the cost will be $5.00 plus drink. 

The cereal bar will be open daily during the breakfast and dinner meals.  Salad Bar & Short Order Grill will be available daily during the Lunch meal.

MONDAY, February 27:

  • Lunch: Hamburger Steak w/mushrooms, baked potato, Asian veggies, garden salad, Texas toast, cheesecake
  • Dinner: Assorted Pizzas, drumsticks, ravioli, salad, bar, Mississippi Mud cake

TUESDAY, February 28: 

  • Lunch: BBQ Chicken, red potato salad, green beans, deviled eggs, rolls, banana pudding
  • Dinner: Enchiladas, black beans & rice, Cajun corn, salad bar, dessert nachos


  • Lunch: Pork Tenderloin, candied yams, roasted garlic cauliflower, broccoli salad, rolls, Georgia cornbread cake
  • Dinner: Steak Nuggets, rice, gravy, green peas, Caesar salad, rolls, cupcakes

THURSDAY, March 2:

  • Lunch: Stuffed Peppers or Chicken Livers, mashed potatoes & gravy, grilled cabbage, rolls, cornbread, ice cream sundaes
  • Dinner: Sub Sandwich, chips, assorted sides
