Service Monday-Thursday during each semester:

  • Breakfast 7:00 a.m.-10:15 a.m. - Classic Breakfast Line and Cereal Bar
  • Lunch 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. - Menu as listed weekly 
  • Dinner 4:45 p.m.-5:45 p.m. - Menu as listed weekly

Short Order Specials

  • Chicken Tenders will be available on Mondays and Wednesdays
  • Corn Dogs on Tuesdays
  • Sub Sandwich on Thursdays

Thursday morning breakfast buffetBar will be open 7:00 a.m.- 10:15 am…the cost will be $5.00 plus drink. 

The cereal bar will be open daily during the breakfast and dinner meals.  Salad Bar & Short Order Grill will be available daily during the Lunch meal.

MONDAY, April 9:

  • Lunch: Roast Beef, mashed potatoes & gravy, green peas, fruit cup, banana pudding
  • Dinner: Chicken Tenders, macaroni & cheese, fried okra, salad, bar, rolls, ice cream sundaes

TUESDAY, April 10: 

  • Lunch: Tortilla Crusted Tilapia, Mexican rice, corn, slaw, garlic biscuits, Oreo dirt cake
  • Dinner: Assorted Pizzas, ravioli, salad bar, cookies

WEDNESDAY, April 11:

  • Lunch: Roast Turkey w/ dressing, green beans, rice & gravy, cranberry sauce, rolls, assorted pies
  • Dinner: Pork chops, au gratin potatoes, biscuits, garden salad, blueberry pie

THURSDAY, April 12: 

  • Lunch: Spaghetti, fried mushrooms, cheese bread, one-trip salad bar, brownies
  • Dinner: CLOSED
