Refund Schedule

When it comes to managing your money and receiving financial aid refunds, you deserve choices! North Georgia Technical College has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver refunds and to offer you smarter ways to manage that money. Learn more at www.RefundSelection.com

The first refunds for Spring semester are scheduled to be sent to BankMobile on Wednesday, February 1 by 6:00 PM for processing and distribution.  After that refunds are issued to BankMobile for distribution about every 14 days, unless there are circumstances beyond our control.

Students may expect refunds to be sent to BankMobile for disbursement on a regular basis except during the following dates:

  • November 21-25
  • December 19-23
  • January 2-5
  • January 16-18
  • May 29 - June 1
  • July 3-6

Spring Semester 2017

Payment Deadline:

  • Thursday, January 5, 2017

Last Day to Withdraw for Refund of Tuition

  • Tuesday, January 10, 2017
