Westport Solutions creates hardware, software and content management solutions for the delivery and playback of in-store audio and digital signage media. Our systems help drive the customer experience in hundreds of thousands of retail locations across the country and throughout the world.
The Support Desk Technician will be responsible for providing professional customer service to clients through written and verbal communication methods.
Full time position, Monday-Friday 9 am-5 pm, or also available as Part-time if needed
Training will be provided on all systems and office practices
Desired/Required Skills:
- Professional and personable phone skills
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Team player
- Knowledge of internet-based audio equipment trouble-shooting skills (preferred)
- Ability to learn web-based proprietary audio and digital signage content management systems
Education/Experience:
Salary: {Salary:18} / Per Hour
Hours: Full Time, Part Time
