Scapes, an award-winning full-service landscape and maintenance company located in Roswell, GA is currently looking to add to our maintenance management team. Qualified candidates will possess the following traits and skills.

• Skill & knowledge of proper horticultural practices
  • Pruning – techniques & timing
  • Turf grasses
  • Chemical apps for weeds, fertilization, fungus, etc.
  • Knowledge of irrigation systems
• Organization
  • Support and communicate with our Customer Service reps.
  • Assist in scheduling crews and managing labor & costs.
  • Ability to train & direct crews.
  • Support the installation of enhancements seasonal color on our client’s properties
  • Help with the management of the fleet, equipment, and maintenance of our shop.
• Quality Control
  • Ability to assess quality on our client’s properties and direct crews to perform to our
    quality standards.
  • Address property issues as directed by our Customer Service reps.
  • Support and assist crews as necessary

• Experience in landscape maintenance – 5+ years minimum
• A degree in horticulture or related is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of mowers & small engine equipment used in landscape maintenance.
• Ability to identify plants and turf types.
• Pre-employment drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• US work authorization
