We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team and participate in the hiring process. This position will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. As an Administrator, you will develop a thorough knowledge of HR best practices and create innovative ideas.

Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities

Executes Talent Acquisition functions

  1. Manage and post open positions
  2. Maintain and update applicant tracking system as needed
  3. Create and edit job posting templates
  4. Review resume submissions to qualify candidates
  5. Phone screen candidates to identify qualified candidates
  6. Forward top candidates to hiring supervisor
  7. Coordinate interview schedules
  8. Create job offer letters, submit for approval, and extend to candidate

Executes Pre-boarding functions

  1. Assign pre-employment test, background, and drug testing
  2. Submit pre-employment checks, reports, and results to hiring manager
  3. Prepare, process, and allocate invoices
  4. Maintain records and interactions with vendors
  5. Scan and index candidate files

Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience

  1. Organize and attend Career Fairs
  2. Responds to customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner
  3. Builds Internal and External relationships
  4. Ensure confidential information is maintained

Desired/Required Skills: 

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile.
  • Advanced interpersonal relationship skills at a variety of levels and greatly differing social and business settings
  • Ability to maintain confidential business and personal information
  • Ability to take information and convert to actionable material for all audiences
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyze relevant information and apply individual judgment
  • Must be an initiative-taker with strong organization and problem-solving skills will attention to detail
  • Must be detailed and highly organized
  • Strong communication skills (verbal / written / interpersonal)
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite products
  • Strong knowledge or the ability to learn all software platforms including instructional software
  • Ability to obtain certification in required assessments

Education/Experience: 

  • Undergraduate degree with Human Resource emphasis
  • Previous HR Experience preferred
  • Knowledge of behavioral assessments preferred

Salary: $44,000-44,600 / Per Year

Hours: Full Time
