Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at our 2023 Alumni Association Car Show! We are excited to bring this event back to NGTC, and we are expecting a great turnout of cars, vendors, and attendees.
Please review the following guidelines before submitting your application.
Each craft/business booth will be 10’x10’, and attendees must bring their own tent, tables, and weights. All vendors spaces will be outdoors.
No electricity will be available.
NGTC Alumni Association will be accepting vendor applications through October 9th. All applications must be complete and paid to secure your spot.
Vendors will be notified that they are accepted on or before September 29th.
Set-up: Saturday, October 14th, 9:30 AM-10:30 AM. All cars must be removed from the vendor area by 10:45 AM on October 14th.
Vendors are expected to remain for the duration of the event. Vehicles will be allowed back into the vendor area at 3:15 PM for clean-up.
Vendor Parking will be available at our Industrial Technology Building.
Tables must have tablecloths and be in good taste. Any under-table storage must be covered and hidden from the front of your space.
This is a family-friendly event. The Alumni Association reserves the right to disallow the sale of illegal, dangerous, or disruptive items.
