Refund Schedule

North Georgia Technical College has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to deliver financial aid refunds. Learn more at https://bankmobiledisbursements.com/refundchoices/. 

To view our institution’s contract with BankMobile, a Division of Customer Bank, visit our BankMobile Client Contracts and Profile page.

The first refunds of the semester are sent to BankMobile approximately 28 days after the first day of class for processing and distribution. After that refunds are issued to BankMobile for distribution about every 14 days unless there are circumstances beyond our control.

Students may expect refunds to be sent to BankMobile for disbursement on a regular basis.

Option 1

Pay in Full

Pay Online via BannerWeb

Pay by electronic check, debit card, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover)

  1. Open BannerWeb SSO
  2. Go to Student Services & Financial Aid – Student Records
  3. Pay by Check or Credit Card
  4. Click correct semester

Pay by Phone

During business hours 7:30am-6:00pm Monday-Thursday

Option 2

Nelnet Payment Plan

You are now able to go into your Banner Web Single-sign-on and select student services, student records, Pay by Payment Plan with Nelnet. Once this is selected it will have you create an account with Nelnet. 

Having a plan for covering the costs of college is an important step toward graduation. North Georgia Technical College is pleased to have enlisted the services of Nelnet to make the process easier for you. Working together, North Georgia Technical College and Nelnet will provide you with sensible strategies for paying for tuition and fees.
