LEAD at NGTC

LEADERSHIP EXCELLENCE AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

August 14 - November 6, 2025

Thursdays • 8 AM - 12 PM

North Georgia Technical College’s new program for Leadership Excellence And Development (LEAD) will be delivered in 12 weekly, four-hour segments for a total of 48 hours of training.

LEAD will be taught by subject-matter experts and will address the following topics:

  • Communicating as a Leader
  • Personalities and Emotional Intelligence
  • Continuous Improvement
  • HR Do’s and Don’ts
  • Performance Management
  • Safety Focus and Improvement
  • Problem Solving as a Leader
  • Leading Meetings

Cost: $2,500
Training cost may be reimbursed by WIOA if eligible for Incumbent Worker Training
