What’s a typical day as a Machine Operator- We have Urgent hiring opportunities for this position. You’ll be:
- Operates production equipment to produce subassemblies or finished products.
- Assists with set up of equipment.
- Assists with quality control inspections of products on assembly line.
- Cleans equipment as needed.
- Notifies supervisor of maintenance and/or repairs needed on equipment.
- Prepares accurate records/documentation related to work in progress.
- Reports production problems.
Shift Schedule
- Shifts: 12 hour Rotating Night
6:45pm-7:15am (3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off. 3-day weekend every other week! )
- $500.00 Sign on Bonus - Paid after 30 days.
- $250 Retention Bonus - Paid at 60-days
- $250 Retention Bonus - Paid at 90-days
- $100 Referral Bonus – Paid after 30 days
Desired/Required Skills:
- Basic Computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED
- Generally, requires 0-2 years of work experience
