Job Description: 

The job duties of an ENTEK Field Service Technician are broad and varying. From installation, service and maintenance, Technicians have multiple responsibilities in providing our clients with the very best possible HVAC service in the industry. Entek’s customer base ranges from small single story commercial facilities to large industrial settings with equipment ranging from small split systems to large water-cooled chillers.

Customer satisfaction is paramount and technicians must be able to provide our clients with friendly, highly skilled assessments, who can then articulate deficiencies with detail and tact. Being paperless, Entek technicians must be able to input and pull data from varying software platforms, manipulate documents, and detail services performed and materials used.

Entek wants to find experienced technicians, enthusiastic about the industry, who are looking to further their career in a proven leader in the HVAC market.

Job duties

  • Perform maintenance, service and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment in all types of settings
  • Perform site surveys, modifications and technical expertise for complex building systems.
  • Communicate thoroughly and discuss work performed with customers, internal staff, sub-contractors, etc.
  • Document work performed and recommendations for HVAC, safety and efficiency standards.
