Job Description: 

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Salesperson/Installer specializing in interior window film. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our interior window film products to residential and commercial clients, as well as installing the film to ensure customer
satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, excellent communication skills, and ability to work with your hands.

Responsibilities:
1. Conduct sales presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our interior window film products.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with residential and commercial clients, identifying their specific needs and recommending appropriate window film solutions.
3. Prepare accurate and timely sales proposals and quotes for clients, ensuring all details are clearly outlined.
4. Coordinate with clients to schedule installations, ensuring efficient and timely completion of projects.
5. Install interior window film according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
6. Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and installation process, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and installation techniques, continuously improving knowledge and skills.
8. Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the business

Desired/Required Skills: 

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information.
2. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
4. Installation abilities preferred.

Education/Experience: 

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education a plus.

Salary: {Salary:18} / Per Hour
