Job Title: Office Clerk - Feed Mill

Job Description: 

Primary function: Primarily responsible for providing general clerical and accounting support for production operations at the Feed Mill.

  • Communicate with accounting personnel to verify and balance inventories
  • File, make copies, track hourly employee absences as stated in the Company Attendance Policy and provide information to HR/Safety Manager
  • Complete payroll worksheets
  • Order and track all incoming ingredients to meet production needs
  • Maintain organized files for all documentation required by government and company
  • Enter and verify incoming packages against packing slips utilizing Office D365
  • Maintain ingredient and non-ingredient SDS sheets/books
  • Comply with all company policies, FSMA regulations, Local, State and Federal laws and regulations
  • Perform rail car tracking/placement/releasing via CSX website
  • Organize and ship samples to company lab
  • Ability to become scale certified per regulatory requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

Education/Experience: 

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 1 year clerical experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
