Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our financial records and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This is a crucial role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in various accounting software.

Duties:

- Perform all bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to: accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance

- Prepare financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies

-Experience with Fund Accounting for non-profits

- Maintain the general ledger system by posting journal entries and updating financial data

- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations

Desired/Required Skills: 

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

-Experience with QuickBooks Online

Education/Experience: 

- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices

- Strong understanding of debits/credits and financial report writing

- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and account analysis

- Experience in non-profit accounting, including balance sheet reconciliation

- Proficient in using accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks

Salary: {Salary:18} / Per Hour
