Job Description:
As a Front Office Assistant you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the office. You will assist the owners by supporting them with planning and distributing information. You will be the point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and redirect as necessary
- Greet walk-ins and assist their needs
- Receive tenant payments
- Receive tenant maintenance request, direct to maintenance & keep record
- File and update contact information for tenant files
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Set meetings and keep track of appointment calendar
- Maintain the organization of a paper & electronic filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Undertake receptionist duties as to the betterment of the office as a whole
Desired/Required Skills:
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
- Familiarity with office organization
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, Copier, and all normal daily office equipment
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
