Job Responsibilities:

  • Entering employee information and payroll data into the payroll system
  • Maintaining and updating payroll records
  • Running reports
  • Normal work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. (Occasional overtime hours)

Desired/Required Skills: 

  • Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills
  • Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize in deadline driven environment
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
  • Previous experience in payroll process accounting or similar field
  • A plus would be experience using UKG or Workforce Management

Education/Experience: 

High school diploma or equivalent
