Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks.

Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Assist with maintaining office cleanliness and organization

Expected hours: 20-30 per week

Desired/Required Skills: 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills

Education/Experience: 

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred

Salary: {Salary:18} / Per Hour

Hours: Part Time
