We are building a world class housekeeping and cleaning team at one of the premier mountain property resorts in all of North Georgia, located just 15 minutes from Helen, GA.

You will work alongside our House Manager/Caretaker and Director of Hospitality to provide a level of cleanliness that rivals the world's finest hotels and luxury properties. We have over 110 5 Star Reviews in less than one year. Our existing cleaners love our culture and how our guests rave about their work. The hours: We typically have 2 to 3 turnovers per week during our busy season, and 1 to 2 turns per week during average and slow season. Each turnover takes a team of 7 to 9 people around 5 to 6 hours to complete. Our goal is to train our system to 10 to 15 cleaners who want an additional 5 to 18 hours per week to supplement their current business or work part time.

Like most hospitality properties, our turnover schedule is unpredictable. However, most of our bookings are scheduled weeks to months in advance and take place between the hours of 10am and 3:00pm. Weekdays and weekends are required.

We provide the cleaning chemicals as we prefer to use plant based cleaning products that leave the property with a unique, fresh scent.

Responsibilities & requirements:

- Complete paid training of our cleaning processes & procedures, guidelines, & inspections as well as Breezeway app training
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchen, and other common areas
- Dust furniture, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Replenish supplies such as linens, soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Report any maintenance, repair, or inventory needs to our team

Desired/Required Skills: 

Education/Experience: 

- At least 2 years experience in housekeeping or janitorial work (preferred)
- Knowledge of best practice cleaning techniques
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as buffing floors or operating cleaning equipment is a bonus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail within a team environment.
