Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Worker to join our team. As an Office Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth check-in and check-out of guests. as well as handling reservations and the camp store. This position requires excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail. Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Rotating weekends
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service, both over the phone for reservations and questions, as well as in-person for reservations, camp store sales, and check-ins.
- Maintain and update office files and records
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
-Helping out with campground events and working in Housekeeping as needed.
- Previous experience in an office or campground is preferred
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment, including phone systems and file management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Professional demeanor and customer service-oriented approach
