Job Description
Primary function: Primarily responsible for providing general clerical and accounting support for production operations at the Feed Mill.
- Communicate with accounting personnel to verify and balance inventories
- File, make copies, track hourly employee absences as stated in the Company Attendance Policy and provide information to HR/Safety Manager
- Complete payroll worksheets
- Order and track all incoming ingredients to meet production needs
- Maintain organized files for all documentation required by government and company
- Enter and verify incoming packages against packing slips utilizing Office D365
- Maintain ingredient and non-ingredient SDS sheets/books
- Comply with all company policies, FSMA regulations, Local, State and Federal laws and regulations
- Perform rail car tracking/placement/releasing via CSX website
- Organize and ship samples to company lab
- Ability to become scale certified per regulatory requirements

Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 1 year clerical experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting
