Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Entering employee information and payroll data into the payroll system
- Maintaining and updating payroll records
- Running reports
- Normal work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday - Friday. (Occasional overtime hours)

Desired/Required Skills
- Exceptional mathematical and calculation skills
- Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to organize, multitask and prioritize in deadline driven environment
- High degree of professionalism
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records
- Previous experience in payroll process accounting or similar field
- A plus would be experience using UKG or Workforce Management
Education/Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
