We are currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the business, providing support to staff, and ensuring that all customer service standards are met. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service, productivity, and profitability.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints or inquiries.

Must be honest and dependable - will also be a keyholder

Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating weekends

Education/Experience

2 years experience in customer service preferred
