Job Description: 

This is a professional floating assistant teaching position with responsibilities for partnering with the lead teacher to plan, implement and evaluate program activities for preschool children in a Christian setting. Work is performed under the supervision of the Director, and in cooperation with the Clayton First United Methodist Church.

The assistant teacher has the primary responsibility for assisting in the management and preparation of a play-based early childhood program, planning an environment and activities that are developmentally appropriate for the social, emotional, spiritual, intellectual and physical growth of the early childhood age child.

1 year of childcare preferred. Pay is based upon education and experience
