About Us: North Georgia Autism Center is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, dedicated to supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families.

Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a part-time basis, with the potential for transitioning into a full-time role. The Bookkeeper will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with
accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
● Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
● Process payroll and maintain employee records
● Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
● Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
● Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation
● Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Work Schedule: Initial hours will be approximately 20 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to full-time hours in the future. The role will be a hybrid remote/in-person position, requiring the applicant to work in Royston, GA, on some days.

Desired/Required Skills: 

● Proficiency in QuickBooks software
● Previous experience in bookkeeping or accounting
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Excellent organizational and time management skills

Education/Experience: 

Associate's degree or higher in accounting (preferred)

Salary: {Salary:18} / Per Hour

Hours: Part Time
