Job Description
Performs assembly procedures at various assigned workstations to produce panelized components for modular
building products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Performs various assembly–type functions using hand and power tools.
- MUST be able to read a standard tape measure and apply measurements for proper cut and fit.
- Pulls raw material from stock based on approved drawings.
- Applies glue with appropriate tools for assembly process.
- Prepares individual panels for appropriate modifications per approved drawings.
- Installs windows, doors, reinforcing steel, honeycomb with insulation pellets as directed by team leader.
- Utilizes plant equipment (industrial oven, lift truck, power tools, glue processor, etc) as directed by team leader.
- Clean and stack for shipment all products when completed.
- Strong team player.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple Instructions, short correspondence, and memos in the English language.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money, weights and measurements.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two-step instructions.
Ability to discern when other parties need to be involved in validating priorities.
